Indigo Spell Dye Workshop August 23, 12-4pm

About This Offering

A hybrid collective spell and indigo dye workshop, we will visualize the transformation we desire for our collective while learning about the rich and mysterious history and practice of indigo dyeing. Participants will receive a scoured organic cotton bandana as well as different sample textiles to experiment on. All are welcome to bring well worn (or properly scoured) light colored non bulky (no sweaters or duvet covers ) natural fiber textiles to transform in the vat. Think quality over quantity as indigo dyeing is a meditative practice which requires an element of patience. Bellingham Washington
